are you happy now?

A question that might be easy to be but not easy to understand

rushing in daily living are often binding and make us oblivious.

Many events that occur in everyday life makes us emotionally,
so that we forget what is happening within the self, as though the incident occurred will be sustainable as it is sometimes frustrating and create depression.

But when we realize that all the events is good,

if we can take the wisdom and benefits to be learned and understood, because when associated with the process is going on inside ourselves,

all it is a measure of awareness of the life that is being faced so that it will become a point of departure in the process to continue to live next.

Because every event is a reflection of our true self.

So that we can answer the questions above ourselves with honesty,

and any of the answers are all understanding ourselves and of life.

So this is the honesty of us are able to control themselves, and always remain in the spirite.
